You can return items within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

We cannot grant a refund, credit a customer’s account, or replace a printed product unless:

  • The product was misprinted

  • The product was damaged

  • The product does not match the fulfillment information

  • Customer must provide a photo of the item in question to prove it is misprinted or incorrect

Non-Defective Items:

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations but are not defective. However, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information to make informed purchase decisions.

Cancellation of Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer service team for cancellation requests.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
